Fire Station 53 West
Scope: Structural remediation, foundation underpinning, raising (hydraulic jacking), civil site work, exterior improvements. This project included structural steel framing.

Sahara Mara Hotel Rooms
Phases 1-3.
Scope: Hotel room renovations. Complete refinishing of the existing interiors of the Sahara Hotel Mara Tower Rooms. The trades performed included demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and field condition repairs, varying depending on the specific needs of each room.

Fire Station 53 Structural Remediation
Scope: Structural remediation. Foundation underpinning and repairs for an existing fire station using a new pile-and-grade beam system. The scope of work also included civil site work, exterior improvements, lifting the existing slabs on grade and exterior steel frames.

City of Las Vegas - 215 Trail Segment A
This federally funded project included the construction of an asphalt and concrete trail, along with drainage facilities, channel wall extensions, sidewalk connections, and upgrades to sidewalk ramps. Additional work included the installation of fencing, signage, striping, and various modifications throughout the project.

UMC Trauma ICU Renovation
Scope: Refresh of the existing aesthetics and finishes at the Las Vegas University Medical Center Trauma Intensive Care Unit. The work included remodeling the nurses’ station, restrooms, and upgrades to the flooring, paint, and patchwork throughout the unit.

Scope: Interior remodels. General contracting, framing, painting, demo, subcontractor management (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Additional: Security and access control requirements
