As an SBA (8a)/DBE/MBE certified company based in Las Vegas, we leverage our extensive experience and innovative solutions to exceed client expectations, ensure safety, and foster sustainable community growth. Since 2013, our dedicated team of 30 has specialized in a wide array of projects as both general and subcontractors. Licensed in Nevada and California, we proudly serve public and private sectors, positioning ourselves as a reliable General Contractor or subcontractor for government and corporate procurement.

Our History

In 2013, Cesar Malaga-Müller and Arnaldo Leon-Mejia envisioned a “Build to Fit” construction company, where integrity, technical mastery, and innovation drive success. With guidance from nationally acclaimed mentors and industry experts, they established CMMCM (DBA Müller Construction), a company rooted in strong values and ambitious goals, headquartered in Las Vegas.

Not too long after, Aimee Goodwin came on board as Vice-President of Operations, bringing her expertise in estimating and project development. Recently, Sylvia Malaga joined as Operations Executive Advisor, and Mark L. Madrid, former United States Small Business Administration Associate Administrator, joined as Fractional Chief Strategy Officer, further strengthening our positioning, differentiation, and local, state, regional, and national brand awareness.
